The brew kettle is a 29 litre stainless steel or enamel pot.

2000 watt electric heating element placed under the kettle avoiding caramelizing the grains.

6 watt mashing pump recirculating up to 7 liters of wort per minute.

5 meter counter flow chiller in food grade stainless steel.

Vent for adjusting the recirculation flow.

Flow control for mashing or chilling.

Control panel for programming temperature, time and language etc. .

Kettle sieve holding a grain bill of up to 8,5 kg

Bazooka screen filtering the wort

Brewing on the Brewster is child’s play. Seriously, no prior tuition is required.

Step-by-step.

Following these simple steps will make you a pro-brewer in a day.

Mashing: Fill the kettle with water, pre-program the Brewster with temperature and time spans and let the Brewster heat it to the desired temperature. Add the grain bill from your own recipe or a Brewolution All Grain Kit. Start the mashing pump and set the time.

Sparging: Raise the kettle sieve and sparge with 78° C / 172° F hot water.

Wort Boiling: Set the temperature at the desired boiling temperature and set the required time as well. Add hops, sugars, spices and other ingredients according to the recipe or your own wishes.

Chilling: Chill the wort to 26° C / 79° F. Add the yeast and seal the fermenter and insert the airlock.

Bottling: After at least 2 weeks of fermenting including racking, it is time for bottling. Tap your beer on bottles or kegs for carbonation.

Bragging: Invite you mates over to watch their jaws drop in free fall to the ground when gurgling your beer pleading for more. Hail the king day is next.

BREWSTER is a nifty All-Grain Home Microbrewery which will make you a master brewer, turning out up to 40 pint batches one cracking brew after another.

Please note, you will also need basic equipment for the fermentation stage of brewing.

Whether you fancy ales, lagers, IPA’s, porters, stouts, saisons or any other style of brew, Brewolution also offers Recipe packs.

The Brewolution all-grain kits are a feast for your taste buds. Whichever one you choose, you'll get a kit from a proven recipe with all the necessary ingredients in exact quantities, including all the malts, hops, yeast and sugars, spices, honey or other.

This means no left overs or having to spend time sourcing your own ingredients. Everything is there.

5Brewolution

After making a few extract kits and feeling somewhat disappointed, I decided to try my hand at all grain and the brewolution came up on homebrew online so I thought why not. Being a Kentish man I bought the Spitfire kit to try as first attempt. It was a very easy process, the youtube vids are a great help and the instructions, although slightly contradictory at times, were clear and concise. The only issues I had were: the seive handles needed bending out to fit inside the kettle properly, I had to make my own sparge-water-heater as the equipment cannot do two things at once and the wort draining process at the end is very time consuming (took nearly 45 mins to drain 20L at 20'C). The spitfire kit is now in the fermenter for a week the rack to secondary for week then bottling. I've bought the American Brownie kit to try next and will probably barrel it. Hopefully homebrew online will keep stocking the kits. I've noticed they have reduced the stock as the spitfire clone is now no longer on the site and nowhere else seems to do them... All in the brew day took about 5-6 hours including clean up etc. Very enjoyable, much much more involved than your basic extract kit, the smells in my house were amazing. Cannot wait to try the end producat and also cannot wait to do the next brew.
