Tasty tipple

Very nice wine, I used to use Wine Buddy but I find this less sweet and more rounded in flavour

No spills?

I like this brew. At first I had problems with the initial fermentation exploding all over the place as I know others have too. The trick is to leave a gap of about four inches in the fermenting bin and top up when the first big fermentation has died dow after a couple of days. Then you can top it up with water, give it a stir and let it finish in its own time.

Excellent red wine

This compares well with shop bought wines in the £5-£6 range. It is easy to make and easy to drink. The only issue I have with these reds is a tendency to go a bit bonkers in the early stages of fermentation and make a mess so cooler is better here.

Cellar 7 Shiraz

Hi everyone reading this! I'm not really called the "BrewMeister". In all honesty I am an amateur "homebrewer". What I can tell you though is this....Cellar 7 products are amazingly easy to produce ! Every time I make a batch, I feel like a Monk from 800 AD....But to turn to modern times: this website has a great forum, great products and I've never been let down. I hope you enjoy your first bottle, I did ! :)
